Article 1

These General Terms and Conditions of Website Use (the Terms of Use) define legal relationship between the user and the website owner regarding the use and operation of the website www.amores-de-clementis.com.

These Terms of Use are valid for all users of the Amores de Clementis website. By entering the website, the user acknowledges that he/she had read, understood and fully accepted these Terms of Use. In the event of any violation of these Terms of Use, the owner of the AdC website reserves the right to use all remedies to remedy such violations.

• the AdC website: Amores de Clementis website at domain “www.amores-de-clementis.com”;
• the owner / manager of AdC website: Karina Klemenc, owner of the kennel Amores de Clementis, registered at FCI under the code 11/2019;
• the user of the website: the person who visits or uses the AdC website;
• the personal data: data as defined by the regulations governing the protection of personal data.

By using the online “Contact form” the user of the website consents to the owner of the AdC website to use provided personal data to respond to the user (e.g. name, e-mail address, phone number, if provided by the user of the website).
Personal data will be stored for 3 months or until withdrawal of consent.
